New Blog and replies

I guess it really is time for a new blog! Not only have many of my pictures disappeared from blogger, but now I'm having trouble responding to comments. The new site is under construction, but it's done enough to give the new link. I decided to give it a totally different url so that message2theblackfam.com/hijabihomemaker.blogspot.com can be easily accessible for awhile. This will probably be my last post here so you can now reach me at www.authorangelafreeman.com

I saw a few new comments that I was not able to respond to for some reason.

To the brother- I have never used just egg whites, but I don't see why it wouldn't work. Thank you for all of your kind words of encouragement. I will be busy on the 17th getting ready for a book signing on the 18th at nandi's Knowledge Cafe in Highland Park, MI. The crew from War on the Horizon will be there as well as Ambassador O of United Front.

To the sister- I'm not sure if you are the same one who asked that question earlier on Youtube or not. I ignored it then, but I'll go ahead and answer. I'm not sure why you ask, but yes I still believe in the teachings of the Hon. Elijah Muhammad. I am not affiliated with any NOI sect, and never will be. Far too much craziness going on for me. I have many issues with the state of the NOI, but regardless to what modern day Muslims do, I still respect the Messenger and what he stood for.

So that should wrap things up around here. Thanks to everyone for their support. This site gets a lot of daily hits and hopefully most of you will follow me over to the new site. It will take awhile to transfer all the things I want over, but in the end it will be a much cleaner site.

New Site!

In a few weeks the message2theblackfam url will take you to a brand new site! I am currently transferring  over the most helpful posts from this blog so that all of the essentials will be there. However, if there are other posts that you want access to, please sure to bookmark the generic link to this site "hijabihomemaker.blogspot.com". That way you can find it once the new site is up and running!

Why the new site? Firstly because of my new business ventures. This site no longer accommodates what I do. Secondly because of the loss of so many of my pictures, It is just as much work to add them all back, then to start a new, improved site. Thirdly because this blog has become a bit generic. It was a cool place to start off and offer help, but all good things must change or end at some point. :)

Do you live within driving distance of Detroit, MI? If so, hop in the car and come see us! In 2 weeks I will be talking about my books (and selling/signing them as well). The Irritated Genie will be doing two lectures and United Front will be in the house! This will be an all day family friendly event, so come out and bring all your BLACK friends.
